We are currently very hard at work being World Explorer's learning about the world around us. We started the topic by learning about the UK. We looked at the 4 countries that make up the UK and also went on a tour of the UK discovering famous landmarks. Ask your child if they can name the 4 countries of the UK!!
We have also been learning about Australia. We explored The Great Barrier Reef and the Outback. The children really enjoyed learning about the aboriginals and have produced some fantastic artwork.
The children have had a fantastic time during our history off the page day. We have experienced a range of 'castle' activities including candle making, making pies, archery, illumination, making gargoyles, making medicines and making soaps. Ask your children about all the fun they have had today!!!

We have been learning about dinosaurs. A mystery egg appeared in our entrance and one day it cracked. We discovered that it was a dinosaur egg and have been researching dinosaurs ever since. We have really enjoyed finding out interesting facts about dinosaurs.
